3. SMS Communications
SMS opt-in
By providing your mobile phone number through our website forms or direct communication with our team and indicating your consent to receive SMS messages, you agree to receive text messages from State 48 Garage Doors at that number. These messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, service updates, quotes and estimates, promotional offers, and customer service communications.
Message frequency and rates

SMS consent and third parties
Your SMS consent and mobile phone number will not be shared, sold, or rented to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share your mobile number with service providers that deliver SMS messages on our behalf (our CRM and messaging platform), and those providers are contractually bound to use your information only for the purpose of delivering our messages.
4. Cookies, Tracking, and Third-Party Services
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies on our Site to:
- Remember your preferences across visits, such as whether you have already opened the door designer.
- Record marketing attribution signals, including the first and most recent source of a visit, so we can understand which marketing channels lead to inquiries.
- Operate analytics and measure Site performance.
- Deliver and measure advertising campaigns, if and when such campaigns are active.
Specific services we use
Our Site uses the following third-party services, each of which may collect data subject to its own privacy policy:
- Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4): website analytics, attribution measurement, and conversion tracking. Google Ads conversion tracking runs through the same tag manager.
- IntentWave (PeoplePixel): visitor identification, which may match your browser to contact information held in a third-party data network. See Section 5 for how this may be treated under privacy law and Section 8 for how to opt out.
- GoHighLevel (HighLevel) and LeadConnector: our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, job application form, the website chat widget, and SMS delivery.
- Google Ads call tracking: may display a tracking phone number to visitors who arrive from a Google ad so that calls can be attributed to the ad.
- ServiceTitan: online appointment scheduling.
- Amarr: the virtual garage door designer, embedded from Amarr’s website.
- GeoBooster: the map of recent jobs shown on some pages.
- Google Maps and YouTube: embedded maps and videos.
- Google Business Profile (Places API): the customer reviews displayed on the Site.
- Vercel: website hosting and server functions.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings, and you may opt out of visitor identification and advertising cookies using the controls described in Section 8. Some parts of the Site may not function fully if cookies are declined.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described below:
- Service providers: vendors that help us operate our business and deliver our services, including our CRM and SMS platform, scheduling software, website hosting, and analytics services. These providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and may use your information only for the services they provide to us.
- Visitor identification and advertising partners: the IntentWave service described in Section 4 receives browsing data from our Site and returns contact information that may be associated with your browser; and advertising platforms such as Google Ads may receive data about your visit to measure and improve our advertising. Under the California Privacy Rights Act this kind of disclosure may be considered a “share” or a “sale.” You can opt out at any time; see Section 8.
- Legal and safety: when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of State 48 Garage Doors, our customers, or others.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the same protections in this Policy.
6. Data Security
We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations (including warranty and licensing records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your information is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Privacy Rights and Choices
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of visitor identification and of the sharing of your data with advertising partners at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
